The Teacher Training course is taken in 2 modules and on graduation of the full 200hr course you will be have the skills and confidence to teach Mindfulness based Stress Reduction Meditation classes, MBSR 8 week Stress Reduction courses.

We run our courses at Bodhin's small, family run Holistic retreat centre located in the south east of Spain, in the mountains behind Javea and Denía, (the Costa Blanca) midway between Valencia and Alicante. The retreat is located on terraced land surrounded by cherry and almond trees with amazing views of the sea some 20km away. Perfect for our courses.

Tuire Niinimäki is a Life & Personal Development Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher and a Mindfulness Teacher, graduated from Mindful Academy, Solterreno, Spain. She is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
After an international career in Brand Development Marketing Tuire has dedicated her time to working with people and supporting them in finding their true potential in life. She believes that whatever one’s goals in life are or whatever changes one wants to make, it all starts with Mindfulness skills; awareness, acceptance and connecting with oneself on a deeper level.
Tuire’s Mindfulness practise started in 2009 when recovering from a burnout and her practise has continued and deepened ever since. She adheres to Best Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers with her daily practise and by receiving regular supervision with a senior teacher as well as attending continuing professional development opportunities.
Tuire works both in The Netherlands and Finland where she teaches mindfulness based tools and strategies that enhance individual and work-place performance and well-being.
