Beginners, MBSR Online course covering the 8 sessions:

Tuesday, May 4th 2021, weekly for 8 weeks to 22nd June. 5pm to 7.30pm UK time (2.5 hours)

There will also be a Half Day silent retreat between weeks 6 & 7 or weeks 7 & 8 of the course”
