Sit with Inquiry sessions

Sit with Inquiry sessions are offered in 4-week blocks with 2-week breaks between blocks. Advance booking is essential to maintain small group sizes that support the intention and practice of deep listening. Places may be booked to attend all or some of the 4 week block of sessions. 

These are open groups that are available to book in advance each week. Two time options of Wednesday mornings 11 am (CET) & Thursday evening 8.30pm  (CET).  

There is no assigned fee for these sessions at this time to ensure that finance is not a barrier to deepening practice in community. For those who feel inclined to and who are in a position to offer a donation, this is welcomed by the teacher giving their time and holding the space. A  link will be provided in the booking reply email that confirms your place in the weekly session for those who wish to offer such a donation. 

The sessions are facilitated by Senior Teacher, Sheena Burke. Nelli Krajcso, an experienced Mindful Academy Solterreno MBSR Teacher joins as Assistant.
