Almudena Romera Avellaneda (Spain) has dedicated more than half of her life to the work of healing—of body and soul, in herself and in others. She joined Mindful Academy during the years of COVID and, since then, has faithfully assisted in every Teacher Training up to the present day. Almudena brings with her a deep well of skills in Facilitation, Non-violent Communication, and Conflict Resolution, enriching the community with presence, compassion, and clarity.
