Step 1. TT1: Foundations and the Journey Beyond |

Complete the required Pre-course Study, which will be available to you through our online training platform upon booking. 2. Attend Teacher Training Level 1 (TT1) 3. NEXT STEPS AFTER TT1: Upon completion of Level 1, trainees are expected to continue their development through the following structured steps: 3.1 Continuation of personal practice Participants are asked to maintain a daily mindfulness practice of 45 minutes, including Mindful Movement and/or Mindful Walking. 3.2 Guiding Practice & ExperienceBegin to build experience by guiding the different meditation practices within the MBSR programme, introduced during TT1. You may share these practices in different contexts, such as:
This phase supports both skill development and the deepening of personal practice. 3.3 Sharing recordings with the Peer Group Practice recordings are to be shared with the Peer Group as part of the collective learning and reflection process. This stage invites an ongoing dialogue between experience, reflection, and learning. 3.4 Supervision & FeedbackSubmit video recordings of two core meditation practices, for review and feedback. STEP 3: MBSR QUALIFIED STATUS PATHWAY |

NEXT STEPS AFTER TT2, entering towards QUALIFIED Status: After completing TT2, you enter the path toward the Qualified Status. This pathway invites the steady integration of personal practice, guiding experience, supervision, and reflective learning. 1 Continuation of personal practice Participants are asked to maintain a daily mindfulness practice of 45 minutes, including Mindful Movement and/or Mindful Walking. 2 Guiding Practice & ExperienceBegin to build experience by guiding the different experiential practices within the MBSR programme, introduced during TT2. 6. Submission of a Reflective Journal Submission of a 2,500-word Reflective Journal, documenting learning, personal insight, and professional integration throughout the training journey. 7. Payment for the Qualified Status Completion of the payment corresponding to the Qualified Certification process, as a requirement for the formalisation and completion of this stage of the training pathway. Additional required elementATTENDANCE AT A 5-DAY MBSR SILENT RETREAT Attendance at a 5-day MBSR Silent Retreat, led by a Qualified MBSR Teacher with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading 5-day silent retreats. This requirement may be completed at any point between TT1 and TT3, wherever it naturally finds its place within your training journey. STEP 5. MBSR CERTIFIED STATUS PATHWAY |

This pathway invites the steady integration of personal practice, guiding experience, supervision, and reflective learning. Applicants are required to meet all of the following criteria: 1. Successful completion of TT1, TT2, and TT3, and holding Qualified Status. 2. Participants who, along their pathway up to TT3, have not yet completed the submission of video recordings of two experiential or core meditation practices—agreed in advance with the Supervisor from M.A.Solterreno for review and feedback—will be required to complete this element as part of their training pathway. 3. Supervised Guiding a Second 8-Week MBSR Course.
4. Submission of video recordings of a third 8-week MBSR course for MBI-TAC assessment. Submission of a fully recorded 8-week MBSR course, delivered in English and within the last year, with a minimum of six participants, for assessment purposes. The recording should include the full duration of each of the 8 sessions (approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per session). 5. Supervision and Feedback on MBI-TAC Assessment Participation in a dedicated supervision session to receive and integrate feedback on the submitted 8-week MBSR course recordings, based on the MBI-TAC assessment conducted by the Supervisor. Additional required elementATTENDANCE AT A SECOND 5-DAY MBSR SILENT RETREAT Attendance at second MBSR Silent Retreats, of a minimum duration of five days, completed within the last three years, and led by a Certified MBSR Teacher with a minimum of 10 years of experience in guiding 5-day silent retreats.
