I have just finished leading a silent retreat for 15 people, most of them Graduates of mine, on the Satipatthana Sutta, the root Mindfulness text. Everyone enjoyed it and found it really helped them deepened their practice. I enjoyed finding skilful balanced ways to present the material in an experiential and grounded manner in the context of a totally silent retreat. I was pleased with the result.
