Mambetalina Aliya
Mambetalina A.S. - 28.04.1975 of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Journalism and Social Sciences of L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University. The experience of scientific and pedagogical activity in the university is 30 years.
Author of more than 200 scientific publications, including 3 monographs, 6 textbooks and 1 textbook. 27 publications in scientific journals, cited international bases Scopus, Web of Science. Has scientific indicators on citation: Hirsch index 5 and 3 respectively. Published in domestic and foreign rating journals, is the editor-in-chief of the journal KOCNVO MNVO RK “Psychology and cognitive sciences”, a member of the editorial board of the Russian journal “Pedagogy: History, Prospects” included in the database RINC. Organizer of the scientific-practical conference ENU named after L. Gumilev 2020 “Psychology of human health in a globalizing world” to the 1150 - anniversary of Abu Nasyr al-Farabi, 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly and 70 - anniversary of S.M. Dzhakupov, the first international scientific-practical conference “Psychology in Central Asia: ways and prospects of development”, held on May 28, 2025 in ENU named after L.N. Gumilev (Astana).
Leader of the international project “Establishment and support of the National Center of Resource Groups on Education, Psychosocial Support and Mental Health of Children and Families” under the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) funding, which was successfully implemented in 2021-2023.
Co-leader of an international research project with colleagues from Harvard University “Suicide Screening, Assessment and Brief Intervention in Kazakhstan” (https://www.childrenshospital.org/programs/trauma-and-community-resilience-center/global-mental-health) 2024-2025.
He is the executor of scientific projects of ENU named after L. Gumilev (grant funding) and program-targeted funding of RNPC “Daryn” for 2021-2023, 2023, 2024-2026.
At the department, she is the head of the Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programs in Psychology. With her direct participation the doctoral program in the direction of “Psychology” was opened. She is the Chairman of the Dissertation Council and a member of the Academic Council of the University, annually develops OPs, has developed an innovative OP “Crisis Psychology” at the Master's level. Annually responsible for the indicators of the international rating of NAAR OPs of all levels. In the Institute of Professional Development and Additional Education of L. Gumilev ENU annually reads the course “Management in Education”.
For the first time in the history of higher education of the Republic in 2024 recorded an inclusive course “Psychology” for first year students with hearing problems.
Annually successfully passes training in the leading educational organizations of the world and has certificates, diplomas and certificates of advanced training in the field of psychology in Israel, Russia, Ukraine, USA and others. In 2025, she successfully completed a scientific internship from March 3 to May 30 in Boston Children's Hospital at Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.
In 2020 she was awarded the diploma “Kurmet” of the Minister of MES RK, the diploma of NPP “Atameken” for active participation in the life of the country.
She was awarded a jubilee medal “To the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan”.
