Having worked in many corporate management positions for the first chapter of her career, Tuire's own personal challenges with burnout and illness brought her to a point where she decided to follow her calling. Today she is an experienced Mindfulness Trainer, Supervisor and Coach helping people who may be exposed to high stress, have symptoms of exhaustion or have difficulty managing lives' demands due to work or private situations.
Tuire’s own mindfulness practice started in 2008 and played an important role in her recovery from stress-related issues. Along the years Tuire trained herself as an MBSR teacher and continues to devote time to her own practice and adheres to the Best Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers.
Tuire is the co-founder of Mindful Awareness Project MAP, an organisation which is established to bring awareness to the MBSR program in Russian speaking countries and to create a network between MBSR teachers and people interested in its benefits. Tuire runs regularly MBSR 8-week courses, teacher trainings and gives mindfulness trainings in corporate settings.
Besides the principles of Mindfulness, in her work Tuire uses her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is Mindfulness-based coaching and therapy format focused on finding new ways of behaviour that are aligned with person's values. She teaches from her personal experience of difficulties and brings a deeply compassionate and practical approach to helping others to navigate through challenges that life throws at everyone's way. Her qualification as a Yoga Teacher gives her the ability to work with the body-mind dimension that is often very valuable to people struggling with the modern problem of cognitive overload.
Tuire's work is based on authenticity, openness and appreciation for our human experience always with a touch of humor. Life is not to be taken too seriously!
