She qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher with Mindful Academy in 2014, and in the same year, eager to share the wonderful practice, set up Mindfulness, Down to Earth.
She teaches 8-week MBSR courses, workshops, Mindful Yin Yoga sessions and Mindful Maintenance Groups in English, Spanish and Catalan. To date, she has run over sixteen courses, including assisting in Teacher Training at The Mindful Academy in 2016.
She has introduced Mindfulness Based Interventions into her English classes, taught in several companies and also to adults and teenagers, with great success.
Having suffered from stress in the past, Diane found mindfulness and it literally turned her world around. She immediately followed her enthusiasm for mind-body connection and specialises in introducing mindfulness to people dealing with chronic pain and stress.
She currently receives referrals form the local health service in her community.
Her down to earth approach allows her to be compassionate, attentive and connected.
Diane has a daily practice of mindfulness and compassion and adheres to Good practice guidelines by regular supervision with senior mindfulness tutor Bodhin Woodward and assisting retreats, courses and conferences as often as possible.
