Dorota is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of mindfulness.
As yoga teacher, she is bringing mindfulness to the yoga mat.
She is also passionate about conscious breathing and practising different breathing techniques as one of the greatest assets to improve our overall body and mind health in many ways.
Dorota has a broad experience and understanding of the “corporate world” and its challenges, having lived through a high pressure of regional and global roles in a multinational company.
In search of improving wellbeing and dealing with daily life challenges, she attended the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme in Solterreno. Since then, a present moment awareness has become an integral part of her life and led to personal growth and a happier life. With a big interest to expand her understanding of mindfulness related practices and experiencing the great benefits of it, she undertook a teacher training and became an MBSR teacher.
Building on her own practice, communication, facilitation and teaching skills, Dorota is excited to share her passion in mindfulness and help other people to overcome their stress, boost the joy of life and improve their overall wellbeing and happiness.
