Dr. Jiemi Ardian
During his years of seeing patients in his daily psychiatric practice, he has seen many patients affected by stress. He also found that mindfulness is an effective approach that helps a lot in improving the condition of people with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and distress. Now he has completed MBSR advanced teacher training to become a Mindfulness Trainer.
He often shares about mental health through social media, he is also a content creator through youtube videos, writer of several books, and TEDx Speaker. Apart from relying on conventional medicine, he wanted to offer mindfulness to people with psychiatric problems.
Currently, he is looking to introduce MBSR to Indonesia as a scientific approach to dealing with stress. He teaches mindfulness in several cities such as Jakarta and Bogor.
