Qianqian is teaching psychology in college and doing psychological research on improving the quality of life for people with emotional difficulties.
Mindfulness is what I really enjoy doing to achieve more sense of self-awareness and mental growth. Teaching mindfulness is also an important part of my life. I’m happy to see how people gain more perspectives in everyday life, get more curious for themselves and other people, be more confident in dealing with physical and emotional difficulties and be more competent to seize every present moment.
