She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Economics. Later, she went to Italy and completed her master's degree in the field of European Banking System and Entrepreneurship with a thesis and a full scholarship. 13 years in Turkey's largest banks, such as Garanti Bank and TEB she has made a successful career as a manager in Corporate Banking and Corporate Credit section. She worked in the Corporate Banking and Marketing department of Unicredit Bank Head Office in Milan, Italy, for about 1 year and gained experience abroad. Throughout her banking life, she received diversified positive psychology training from the leading institutions of the country.
With the birth of her twins in 2016, she took a break from her banking career because she wanted to take care of her children herself. Leaving the corporate life and busy city life she had been in for years, she moved to a simpler life outside the city. For 5 years, in nature, in a quiet home life, only her children took care of her animals and garden, she went on a deep journey into her inner world. Studying in the field of awareness and kindness day and night has been her greatest passion, researching and sharing her knowledge and experience. She describes the years she spent here as the most productive time and the longest retreat of his life.
She received many Mindfulness training both at home country and abroad. The main ones are:
• Completed MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Teacher Training at Mindful Academy Solterreno in Spain.
• Received a 10-Week MSC (Mindful Self Compassion) training from Center For Mindful Self Compassion, which is managed by Chris Germer and Kristin Neff in the USA.
• Has completed the 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Turkey. (Advayta Yoga)
• Completed the Oxford University Autumn School Neuroscience education. (2 full days, online)

Apart from the trainings she received and the 5-year quiet 'seclusion' period, she spent in nature, away from the city and active life; Since her childhood, her passion and interest in subjects such as psychology, philosophy, life, death, nervous system, neuroscience, the human brain has been the greatest guide for her on this path. As a Mindfulness practitioner who knows that mindfulness is an experiential field rather than an educational field, at first he attaches great importance to his daily regular personal practice and does not include anything she does not experience in his training. Dedicated to a life full of awareness and kindness and nurtured by nature, art and children, the only thing that Kader Erdem is looking for in life is 'Her Reality'. Her dedication is to be able to open up a strong space through Mindfulness to those who seek their truth in life to find it.
