Stacey has a background in clinical psychology and has a keen interest in the development of mindfulness-based interventions to equip individuals with the tools to manage stress and anxiety that comes with significant lifestyle changes. In her personal life, adapting mindfulness has taught her to look at relationships differently. "I feel that I am a better daughter and wife because of how I approach conflict and better manage my reactions and responses.
Meditation has given me a sense of peace and determination to focus on the work that I do and has also deepened my spirituality. I am so happy to be able to share the knowledge and experience gained with the interactions and friendships I have made along this journey and am truly grateful."
