I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. And It’s from the practice of establishing a meditation practice that I’ve experienced the most profound change in my life. I struggled to meditate daily, so I know how hard it can feel to “build” it into our lives. It’s because of my own struggles and personal growth that I decided to teach Mindfulness and Meditation to others. I believe in meeting people where they are, while offering support, guidance and inspiration to sustain what they have learned.
