In the past 12 years, as an editor-journalist, press spokesperson, and senior executive communications consultant, I have encountered countless stress situations. In the same way in my private life: I experienced a crisis of relationships, I had to manage in a foreign culture during my posting abroad, and then overcome the difficulties of reintegration.
Then I found the mindfulness technique, including the MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction), a mindfulness-based stress-reducing method. I enrolled in the eight-week course and started practising the technique, reading the workbook. Already during the course, I experienced a change in my life.
