Overall, my experience was moving and intense. The training was incredibly insightful, collaborative and really well guided. I felt supported throughout the programme, with plenty of opportunity for reflection, questioning, exploring, practising and teaching. It was a great balance between learning and teaching, and the connection built between the participants was masterfully held by both Bodhin and Helen.
I am so pleased I decided to attend the TT1 at Solterreno. Despite being online and in-person, the community and connection that was built during the week was really special, and a testi mony to Bodhin and Helen's nurturing and teaching space. The course itself felt the perfect balance between learning, meditating, and guiding practices. Any self-doubts which I had beforehand were completely eased thanks to plenty of time for personal reflection and group feedback, plus support and encouragement from the group and both teachers.
Training Staff feedback
I have no suggestions for improvement! I enjoyed learning from both Bodhin and Helen's experiences, different insights and words of advice and support throughout the course content. I really appreciated the focus on inquiry, witnessing the different styles/possibilities, and the opportunity to delve into that aspect of mindfulness. I especially felt supported during my difficult moments, and can only extend my deep gratitude for all of the words of encouragement, and caring questions.
I want to add I also really appreciated the final afternoon of "next steps", this felt like a great way to round off the week. It was interesting to hear what others were considering, and also was great to receive some suggestions/support in pursuing my next steps.
