As someone who has worked in education in the UK for over 20 years I was very impressed with the way this course was delivered.
It was a fantastic course run by exceptionally skilled, caring and humorous leaders in a stunning setting in Spain.
Delicious food was provided with tremendous variety and the kitchen staff radiated great care and love, for example by putting out fresh flowers every day.

When I was introduced to the concept of Mindfulness in 2009, I attended the
8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR), which gave me valuable insight into my own ‘patterns’ and ‘autopilot’. As an ambitious mother, I was struggling, like many of us, to keep all the balls in the air. My mind prevented me from finding the right work-life balance.
